The Red Kettle Campaign

Assist The Salvation Army in helping those in need by participating in a Christmas tradition.  Groups can adopt a kettle for a half day, the whole season (7th of Nov. - Christmas) or any amount of time in between.  Signage is provided for groups who ring.  Contact Justin for more information on how to organize bell ringers.

Volunteers are constantly needed to help out with the pre-school children in daycare at The Early Learning Center.  Groups can also help by thoroughly clean the daycare (needed every 2-3 months) or by donating much needed items such as: toys and activities suitable for infants,  educational toys (puzzles, math/science focused toys), carpets/mats for the floors and children's books.

The Early Learning Center is currently in need of someone to help prepare a Spring garden for our children.  If interested please contact Justin or Vicki Knox at 252-7709.

The Salvation Army is continually in need of upkeep.  These projects are geared toward groups that want to volunteer for one or two full days.  Projects are ever-changing but often include painting and painting preparation, basic renovations and moving/organizing.  We're taking a break during the holidays to focus on our Christmas programs so if you're interested in a property project please call us back after the new year.  Thanks!
