Day Camp

The Salvation Army Boys and Girls Club offers ten weeks of summer day camp, for children ages 6 to 13, focusing on the priorities of character development and conflict resolution. They also enjoy activities such as swimming, hiking, playing Putt Putt, making crafts and going on field trips. Monday through Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm.  

Sponsor a disadvantaged Child - A week-long Day Camp sponsorship at the Club is just $90 per child.

Residential Camp

In a lush, wooded setting campers can experience the gifts of God's green earth while learning nature's secrets. At Camp SWONEKY, our summer resident camp, fifty kids ages 6-14 enjoy an exciting week of summer resident camp. Camp SWONEKY has farm animals to care for, ponies to ride, and trails for hiking and exploring. With programs appealing to all interests and ages, everyone enjoys swimming in the pool; boating and fishing at the lake; tennis, softball and basketball; campfires; and exploring a place like nothing they've seen in the city. A qualified nurse is also on staff to care for the camper's health needs.
