The
William Booth Society is the Salvation Army's most prestigious
donor organization. It is named for the founder of the
Salvation Army who began helping the destitute in 1865.
Individuals, churches, foundations, corporations and
service clubs who annually contribute $5,000 or more qualify
as members of the society. Society members are invariably
among the leaders who cause positive change in their
community.
William Booth Society members help The
Salvation Army lift people to a better life.
